This commitment comes from my own long journey. In my teens and twenties, I stumbled through life overwhelmed by chronic fatigue, shyness, nighttime tooth grinding, and an ache I couldn’t name—wondering why life seemed easier for everyone else. Then, in my mid 20s, I found myself on a massage table receiving bodywork - Rolfing Structural Integration. It was the first time I felt a real shift—like I could live in my body, not just above it in my thoughts. I was astounded. (And maybe a little obnoxiously convinced I had all the answers!) But to feel a catalytic moment? That’s a gift. To begin the slow, steady work of actually healing? That’s the real treasure. And for me, healing has never been just about the body. It’s always been accompanied by creativity—especially writing. That’s why I’m thrilled to invite you to something I’ve been weaving together over the past few months: the third round of my Healing Through Writing Festival. This free 4-day virtual event is designed to help creative seekers like you explore the healing power of story—with guidance from 20+ wise, generous, somatic-centered writers and healers. ✨ Writing your story is one of the most powerful ways to heal. Let us show you how. 🗓 Healing Through Writing Festival April 14–17, 2025 Free to attend. Online. Gentle. Deep. Creative.
